Check the Coinibi Safety Score

Start with Coinibi's automated safety score. A score below 30 means multiple red flags were detected. Scores above 70 indicate the basic checks passed.

📜

Verify Contract Source Code

Check if the contract source code is verified on the block explorer (Etherscan, BscScan, etc.). Unverified contracts hide their logic — a major warning sign.

03Auto
🔒

Check Liquidity Lock Status

Is the liquidity pool locked? For how long? A genuine project locks LP tokens for months or years. No lock means the deployer can drain the pool anytime.

📊

Analyze Holder Distribution

If the top wallet (excluding the contract and dead addresses) holds more than 10% of supply, there's a dump risk. Coinibi shows holder concentration in safety flags.

🍯

Check for Honeypot

Can the token actually be sold? Use Coinibi's built-in honeypot detection to simulate a sell. If sell transactions consistently fail or have 99%+ tax, it's a honeypot.

06Auto
💸

Review Buy/Sell Tax

What's the actual buy and sell tax? Anything above 10% combined is aggressive. Check if the contract owner can increase taxes later — that's a common rug vector.

07Auto
👑

Check Owner Renouncement

Has the contract ownership been renounced? An active owner can change rules at will: modify taxes, pause trading, blacklist addresses, or mint new tokens.

Look at Trade History

Healthy tokens have both buys and sells from many different addresses. Only buys and no sells is a honeypot indicator.

💧

Evaluate Liquidity Depth

Tokens with less than $5,000 in liquidity are extremely easy to manipulate. Higher liquidity means lower slippage and more stability.

⏱️

Check the Token Age

Tokens less than 1 hour old carry the highest risk. Many scams execute within 30 minutes. Wait a few hours before buying to avoid the vast majority of scams.
